Many products may be damaged, deformed, or scratched during transportation, which can have a significant impact on the product. For aluminum panels, the above situations can occur if they are not carefully protected, and even if they are scattered or corroded or oxidized during transportation, these conditions can greatly affect the beauty and use of aluminum panels, which reflects the importance of packaging during transportation, Next, I will tell you how to pack during transportation.

1. First, tightly wrap the aluminum plate with a layer of dense waterproof film, carefully seal with adhesive tape to ensure that no part of the aluminum plate is exposed to possible humid air, and at the same time, place sufficient desiccant inside the package. This is to ensure that the inside of the aluminum plate is dry, prevent the aluminum plate from contacting any liquid, and prevent oxidation or corrosion of the aluminum plate.
2. Wrap a layer of kraft waterproof paper on the outside of the waterproof film. This is mainly to ensure that the weak waterproof film will not be damaged, and the waterproof paper can also isolate external moisture to a certain extent. Thick kraft paper can effectively isolate the temperature difference between the surface and internal environment, avoid water vapor condensation on the aluminum plate due to excessive temperature differences, and prevent oxidation of the aluminum plate.
3. The exterior of the kraft paper will be covered with a full layer of corrugated paper for protection. The edges and corners of the aluminum plate will be protected with special corrugated paper, and then the aluminum plate and the wooden tray will be packaged together with a metal packaging belt. Reinforce several tons of aluminum plates to prevent them from scattering and sliding during transportation, and avoid friction between aluminum plates and aluminum plates after fixation.

After repeated tests, this packaging method can effectively prevent corrosion and oxidation of aluminum plates, and also protect aluminum plates during long-distance transportation. Aluminum plates will not be deformed and scratched due to transportation.
The above three packaging methods for aluminum plates can protect the edges and corners of the aluminum plate through these layered packaging methods, so that the aluminum plate will not be damaged due to the bumps of the vehicle during transportation. After packaging is completed, it is also possible to mark the exterior, which allows for a good distinction between aluminum plates without damaging the packaging. This method is also very convenient and fast.
