PCB is printed circuit board , that also called printed wiring board (PWB), it is a non-conductive material with conductive lines printed or etched.
Aluminum is cheaper and eco-friendlier compared to other metal bases because it is a non-toxic metal and easy to extract. And less additional radiators are needed when the components that have high requirements for thermal dissipation assembled on aluminum board. It means there is less manufacturing and material cost when using aluminum PCBs.
5052 is primarily alloyed with magnesium and chromium, It adapts to most mechanical and finishing processes,5052 aluminum sheet is also highly resistant to corrosion and has very good formability and durability. It make the 5052 ideal for PCB board making.
Package & Shipping
①. After production finished and before packing, quality dept will check the aluminum products surface quality and Mechanical property , approved products will be packing.
②. After quality approved, packing aluminum material with moisture-resistance and waterproof film on aluminum coil roll surface and then wrap it.
③. Film protected Aluminum material put on plywood pallets by steel belt
④. Export aluminum material by Sea shipping , truck and train transportation are available
