Factory Facility Introduction
Roller coating line: it coated in Taojia plant, 520m length, 15m height, Owns advanced production technology and staunch technical personnel team. Monthly capacity at 1800MT, Annual capacity at 2000MT. It can handle substrate thickness range of 0.2~1.2mm. width range of 700~1600mm, line speed is 20~50m/Min.
Corrugated embossed line: there is a corrugated line and embossed line (stucco & diamond pattern ) in Taojia plant. It can process 620mm ~1300mm coil, Annual capacity more than 2000MT. Our diamond embossed aluminum coi produced by this embossed line.
Slitting Line: there are two slitting lines in plant. one is 1550mm line, the oother is 1700mm line, Annual capacity more than 1800MT, Line speed is 100m/min, finished coil width range is 15~1600mm
